Roxy Earle’s bold, fabulous, no-filter personality is the kind of unapologetic persona that TV dreams are made of. Born and raised in Toronto, Roxy is a citizen of the world. She parlayed a university interest in promotions and marketing into a stellar marketing career with Ogilvy and American Express, winning top awards in the ad business along the way. When approached about joining the cast of the first Real Housewives of Toronto, she recalls, “I feel like I’ve always been narrating my own reality show; it’s just nobody was watching. I’m a fan of the franchise and comfortable in my own skin so I felt like, ‘Why not?’”
People are sure watching now. “RHOT” recently wrapped its first season on Slice TV Canada and airs in Australia in June. It has given Roxy an amazing platform for the launch of her enterprise, Luxurious Roxy, and has catapulted her into the media (and social media) stratosphere as the subject of numerous profiles from ET Canada to Toronto Life.
Luxurious Roxy focuses on fashion, travel and the luxurious state of mind that Roxy embodies. Winning praise for her confident approach to fashion and body positivity, she will appear this fall alongside Ashley Graham in a campaign for high fashion, plus-size clothing brand Addition Elle. Roxy also plans to start her own clothing line for curvy women. Along with modelling, design, travel writing and charitable work. Roxy’s a fierce advocate for body positivity. All this has jump-started a movement: #mysizerox Roxy’s well equipped to lead!
